The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives everyone the right to access recorded information held by public authorities, including NHS organisations. We are committed to openness and transparency, and we aim to provide information wherever possible.

Who can request information? 

Anyone can make a Freedom of Information request.

What sort of information can be requested? 

You can request any recorded information that you believe NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB may hold.

What information must be included to make a valid request? 

A Freedom of Information request must:

  • be in writing - this could be a letter or an email. 
  • include your real name.
  • include an address for correspondence - this could be an email or postal address.
  • describe the information that is requested, ideally in as much detail as possible.
