Gail Quinton
Joint Non-Executive Member (Strategic Commissioning & Population Health Management)
Non-Executive Members act as independent members of the Board, helping to shape the long-term plan for the local NHS as well as collectively hold the Executive Team to account for planning and delivery.
Gail has substantial public sector experience of partnership working and leading complex change at local, sub and regional level in relation to services for children, adults, families and communities. Her interest in Prevention and Population Health Management has been sharpened through a number of chief officer roles in a range of diverse local authorities.
Prior to retirement Gail was Deputy Chief Executive for Coventry City Council. She has also lived in, or worked across, all four local authority areas that the board serves.
