Non-Executive Members act as independent members of the Board, helping to shape the long-term plan for the local NHS as well as collectively hold the Executive Team to account for planning and delivery. 

Graham has lived in Herefordshire for some 30 years.  He has held a wide variety of posts in both the Public and Private sectors in both the UK and overseas. These include both the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Justice as well as acting as a consultant to numerous private companies.

Graham's role is to constructively challenge and scrutinise the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and objectives. As Chair of the Audit Committee he has responsibility for ensuring that there are adequate financial controls and systems in place, and that the system of risk management is robust.
