Dr Kathryn Cobain

Chief Nursing Officer

Executive Members are responsible for providing effective leadership to the organisation, and for delivery against the long-term plan.

Kathryn has been the Chief Nursing Officer at the Integrated Care Board since May 2022. Kathryn’s professional background is in general nursing and public health, being dual registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and UK Public Health Register. She was previously the Director of Public Health for Worcestershire.

Kathryn is passionate about promoting health and wellbeing and providing equal opportunities.
