Compliments are an important part of H&W ICB's feedback and are seen as a means of learning how things have gone well. We are always delighted to receive compliments about our team and the services we commission. If you would like to share your appreciation, you may do so by emailing us using the link below. If you would like to express your experience with a particular staff member, please give their name and we will ensure that your message is forwarded onto them.

You and Your General Practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. You and Your General Practice also enables patient to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
