David Wightman 

Non-Executive Member with Responsibility for Remuneration

Non-Executive Members act as independent members of the Board, helping to shape the long-term plan for the local NHS as well as collectively hold the Executive Team to account for planning and delivery.

David has had an extensive career encompassing roles in operational and in HR management, in central government, and in blue chip private sector companies, and as a management consultant.

For the last 20 years David has held senior international HR Director roles at Heineken NV, and in Johnson Matthey plc. David runs a consulting company specialising in providing HR advice to major corporates, and mentors senior HR professionals.
