Mark Dutton

Chief Finance Officer 

Executive Members are responsible for providing effective leadership to the organisation, and for delivery against the long-term plan.

Mark is a qualified accountant and has worked in the NHS since 1998, having started his career in Birmingham health services before moving to the Worcestershire area in 2004.

Mark held senior finance positions in several NHS organisations before becoming the Chief Finance Officer for South Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in 2012, later perfoming this role for all CCGs in Herefordshire and Worcestershire and the merged Herefordshire and Worcestershire CCG, which became NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire in July 2022.

Mark has been the senior finance lead on several local programmes and projects, including the Malvern Community Hospital new build.

Mark lives in Stourport with his wife and children.
