Sarah Dugan

Partner Member - NHS Trust

Partner Members bring the perspective of primary, secondary, and social care from across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Sarah is a nurse by background and holds nursing qualifications in Adult nursing, Children’s nursing and Specialist Community Public Health (HV).

She has held a wide range of senior positions within community and mental health service providers and in commissioning organisations.

Sarah is currently the Chief Executive of Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, a provider of mental health and learning disability services across the two counties and community services across Worcestershire.

Sarah is the nominated Mental Health lead on the ICB.
